How to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your MailTracker subscription at any time.

To do so, please follow these steps:

1. Go to your MailTracker account.
2. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner.
3. Choose Billing from the drop-down menu.

This will open the Billing section, where you will see your subscription details. Click on your plan, in this case "Starter":

Click on "Cancel Plan":

And, as last step, confirm the cancellation by clicking on "Cancel Plan":
Your subscription renewal will be set to cancel and you'll see the remaining days of your subscription. In this case "Your plan stays active until 30 August 2026".
