How to track link clicks with MailTracker?

The Link Tracking feature is available only to users on paid plans. To access this feature, you’ll need to subscribe to one of our paid plans first.

Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you use the Link Tracking feature on MailTracker:

Subscribe to a Paid Plan
Since Link Tracking is a premium feature, make sure you’re subscribed to one of our paid plans. Once your subscription is active, you’ll be able to start using this feature.

Insert a Link in Gmail
Open your Gmail Composer and click the “Insert Link” button. This allows you to add a link directly within your email.

Enable Link Tracking
To enable Link Tracking, you’ll need to contact us directly. This is necessary because we perform some quick verification steps to ensure your account is in good standing and to prevent any potential phishing risks. We might ask for a few documents during this process.

Activate Link Tracking
Once we’ve enabled Link Tracking for your account, you can go back to your Gmail Composer, click on “Edit Link,” add your regular link, and hit “OK.” MailTracker will automatically transform the link to be trackable.

When you are ready, to track a link with MailTracker, open your Gmail composer as usual and click on the button 'Insert link':



Copy-paste the link you would like to track and make sure "Track this link" is activated:



You link is now tracked and you'll be able too see the tracking of the link on your email sent folder or on the message:
