Refund Policy

We offer a clear and fair refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction. Please note the following guidelines for refund eligibility:

Monthly Subscription: If you cancel your monthly subscription and request a refund, we can reimburse the latest payment provided that the following conditions are met:

• The refund request is submitted within 7 days of the payment.

• There has been no activity recorded on your account during this period.

Yearly Subscription: Refunds for yearly payments may be granted under the following conditions:

• The refund request is submitted within 7 days of the payment.

• There has been no activity recorded on your account during this period.

Please note: if you have used the 7-day free trial, any subsequent payment is considered final if there has been activity on your account, and refunds will not be issued in such cases.
